2 T. flour
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 t sp. ground nutmeg
2 C. cold water
2 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
- In a large saucepan, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and water until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened.
- Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla extract.
